Hello,
I've been using video tool training for reflective practice with early years educators, using an adapted version of Sarah Hulmes ACI tool. It works extremely well to create behaviour change however the nurseries I work in are finding it time consuming and their time is being cut everywhere. They have asked if they can adapt it; just get another colleague to observe and comment but this then takes away the self reflection element and I'm not sure if there is any evidence that this would generate as much behaviour change. Do you know of any evidence based interventions trying this out?
Thanks
